How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Stasiss, then tap 'Cancel Subscription'. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings in the app, scroll down to 'Danger Zone', and tap 'Delete Account'. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app and go to the subscription screen. Tap 'Restore Purchases' at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.
Is my data synced across devices?
Yes! When you create an account and sign in, your focus sessions, habits, goals, and progress are automatically synced across all your devices.
How does the AI coach work?
The Presence (our AI coach) analyzes your focus patterns, habits, and goals to provide personalized insights and suggestions. Your data is processed securely and is never sold to third parties.
Can I use Stasiss offline?
Yes, Stasiss works offline. Your focus sessions and habit tracking will be saved locally and synced when you're back online.
What's the difference between timer and pulse habits?
Timer habits track continuous focus sessions (like '30 minutes of deep work'). Pulse habits are simple check-ins (like 'Did I meditate today?'). Choose based on how you want to track each habit.
How do streaks work?
Your streak increases each day you complete a habit according to its schedule. Missing a day resets your current streak, but your maximum streak is always preserved.
